I’ve been trying to stick with this brand because I’ve liked some of their stuff in the past, so I really wanted this order to work out. The website was easy to use and checkout was fine, but shipping took longer than I expected. When it arrived, the item just didn’t feel as nice as it looked in the photos. I reached out to customer service and they did respond, but it wasn’t all that helpful. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but it left me unsure about ordering from them again

I was relieved that the things I wanted on lovehailey.com were actually available when I looked. I’ve been on other sites where they show items like they’re in stock, then you click through and they’re sold out, which feels preventable. This was way easier to browse, and it made the whole shopping experience less annoying

I ordered from Love Hailey and I’m actually really happy I did. The price felt totally fair, and when the item arrived, it was nicer than I expected, which was such a nice little surprise. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, and the delivery did take a bit longer than I was hoping for, which was a little frustrating, but it wasn’t a huge issue in the end. Overall, I feel good about the purchase and I’d probably order again if something catches my eye.

There just wasn’t much info about payment protection, so I hesitated a bit before entering my card details. I ended up using PayPal instead, just to be safe. Hopefully they add clearer security info soon.

I liked the look of this when it arrived, and the style is really cute. I even went back to check my email receipt because I was trying to remember what I paid, and for the price I just expected a little more. Some of the stitching was uneven, and a few areas looked like they were finished in a hurry. It’s definitely still usable and I don’t regret getting it, but I can’t say I was fully impressed with the craftsmanship.

Everything I paid for was actually there, no weird surprises, no having to contact support, no digging through the bag wondering where half my stuff went. Just a correct order, which I seriously appreciated...

I did end up getting my exchange, so that’s good!! But the replies were slow... like, slower than I expected??? It all worked out in the end, but the waiting around was a bit frustrating!!

I was expecting the package to be on my doorstep since the tracking said it was delivered, but there was nothing there. Frustrating because I thought it had arrived already, and I still haven’t received anything.

It just didn’t feel legit to me. The whole thing had a real “Trust Me Bro Enterprises” vibe, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off

It feels soft when you first put it on, and to be fair, it’s not scratchy or irritating. But after a few hours, I started noticing it felt kind of thin and not as cozy as I was expecting. The company makes it sound way more premium than it actually feels, which always makes me a little skeptical. It’s wearable and shipping was fine, but for the price, I thought it would be more comfortable. Not terrible, just average for me
